Trance – Breathwork – Drama therapy enactments – Collective healing space
A self-exploration group for (drama) therapists and ‘normal’ people (can be booked on an ongoing basis or for individual appointments)
Body and theater therapy methods, ritual structures and a specific form of breath work and trance induction create a safe context that enables access to the experiences stored in the body’s memory.
Much of our human potential and knowledge of development lies precisely in the areas that are not accessible to normal consciousness. This is why we work here with trance-inducing methods, including a specific form of breathing (Holotropic Breathwork), combined with activating bodywork, which makes it possible to access inner self-healing processes in an expanded state of consciousness and perception. Previously inaccessible elements of the life story can be remembered and re-localized. This is often associated with an opening to the evolutionary forces also stored in our cells and the collective memory. These trans-personal experiences allow us to dive deep into the “well of memory” and the knowledge of life and development processes and enable a lively connection to existential themes in the field of tension between birth and death beyond the everyday neurotic events within and around us.
Ritual elements and theater-therapeutic productions create a collective “healing space” and make it possible in a special way to integrate the trance experiences into concrete action and personal development.
